WoW Forever Azeroth Commerce Authority: Merchant's Favor, Rewards & How to Earn It

The Azeroth Commerce Authority (ACA) is an Alliance faction in World of Warcraft: Forever built around professions. You loot crates, hand them in at the camp, and receive Merchant’s Favor, a currency you spend on recipes, a mount, a pet item, a cosmetic tabard and profession titles. Veterans of Season of Discovery may recognise the name; in Forever it has been reworked and plays a bigger part in profession gameplay.

A small naming note: it is the Azeroth Commerce Authority, not “Society” or “Exchange” (the Exchange was the SoD version).

Alliance and Horde

The ACA is Alliance-only. The Horde equivalent is Durotar Supply and Logistics. Wowhead describes Merchant’s Favor as the interim currency both organisations will trade for.

How you earn Merchant’s Favor

The loop, per Wowhead’s guide:

1. Loot crates from around the world.
2. Fill them.
3. Hand them in at the camp. In Three Corners the hand-in NPC is Marcy Baker, at about 9.6, 70.9.

Crates and Shipping Labels are handed in as quests (A Sealed Crate and Shipping Label variants). The two Shipping Label quests also reward 660 experience.

Wowhead also mentions Craftsman’s Writs, possibly available from level 10, but full details are not yet known. We have not confirmed exact reputation gains per hand-in, so we are not quoting any numbers.

What Merchant’s Favor buys

Profession recipes

The camp’s vendors sell recipes for the crafting professions, all paid in Merchant’s Favor. Prices rise with the skill level the recipe needs:

Tamelyn Aldridge (about 10.6, 71.3) sells:

At skill 300 you can buy a certification for 1000 Merchant’s Favor that grants a title:

Auction house at the camp

The Three Corners camp has a goblin auctioneer, Auctioneer Quickcoin, near 9.7, 72.0. It is a standard auction house linked to the other major Alliance cities.
