Quick blog posts just to let you know about the new Guild Wars 2 blog up on ArenaNet. They have released more information regarding the traits, which looks awesome. You can see that there is a tonne of information up regarding individual traits and profession specific traits too.

Some quick notes regarding the traits are as follows:
- From level 11 to 80, you receive one trait point per level.
- Every profession has five trait lines.
- 5, 15, and 25 points in a single line awards the player a minor trait.
- 10, 20, and 30 points in a single line awards the player a major trait.
- You can visit a trainer to reset your traits .
- PvP – you have a separate trait build and can respec free of charge.
These all pretty much make sense, you want to be able to throw out different builds in PvP and test them. You also want to be able to test PvE builds, but not just switching constantly as you will want to forge your own character out of the world. Adding the respec of traits by having to return to a trainer, makes them semi permanent and makes you think about them more.
