Kotaku has reported on the incident recently at the global starcraft league where there was a disconnect and they could not get the game working again.
Starcraft 2 fans started to chant “We Want Lan”, see the video below for the exact details.
The shoutcasters did a good job of ignoring it, but it was obvious that people really want LAN, it is sad to see the days of the past go, but with advancements in internet there should not be much need for LAN, having the option would be good especially for these kinds of tournaments.
